Terms & Conditions

• Payouts will be processed only after 30 days from the business activity period, as per the standard payout cycle.
• Payouts will be directly credited to the registered bank account of the member.
• This policy helps maintain financial discipline, ensure regulatory compliance, and offer payout predictability for all users.
• 1st Level Direct Referral Income & Other Level is credited on the next working day (D+2).
• No TDS, Admin, or Service Charges will be deducted on any income payout.
• Members must complete full KYC verification before initiating any withdrawal.
• Each ID must maintain active status (minimum investment criteria met) to continue receiving payouts and bonuses.
• Withdrawals are allowed once the minimum balance threshold is met (e.g., ₹100).
• Incorrect bank details or inactive accounts may delay payment and the company is not liable for such errors.
• Members are solely responsible for updating correct bank and contact information in their dashboard.
• Team Bonus eligibility is based on minimum number of direct referrals and achieved team volume, as per the level chart.
• Level Income is subject to company-defined rank criteria and performance reviews.
• Misrepresentation or manipulation of team IDs may lead to termination or suspension of all benefits.
• Once invested, funds are non-refundable under normal conditions.
• Cancellation of an ID will lead to forfeiture of all benefits and level of income accrued till date.
• Members must follow all terms of service, code of conduct, and local regulatory laws while promoting the business.
• Any form of mis-selling, false promises, or spamming may lead to permanent account suspension.
• Velthra Capital X reserves the right to change, modify, or suspend any bonus plans, payout schedules, or policy terms without prior notice.
• The decision of the company management is final and binding in all matters.
